good ASCII editor with features?

I'm currently using EditPlus, and it's nice and all, but I was
wondering if there're any better alternatives out there.
(I vaguely remember someone once mentioning something with the word
"pro" in it...)

I script PHP and VB.Net and C#.Net, so something that has good color
coding, built-in shortcuts, and a good showing of lists of functions
and the like would be cool.
