As others have pointed out, it can be tricky. In general, there are
many factors that go into determining an optimal diet, including many
vitamins, minerals, balance of amino acids in proteins, simple vs.
complex carbohydrates, types of fat. Besides that, a practical diet
takes into account variations in personal dietary needs, exercise level,
age, mood, weather, allergies, personal preference for food types,
convenience, cost, seasonal availability, variety, and more.
