Looking for sample code to read DMI memory.

Hi, I'm looking for sample code to read DMI memory. I have an inventory
system in Oracle tracking 25,000 pieces of computer equipment. We
already have a program that checks the disk space, number of
partitions(drives), memory size, MAC address, NETBIOS name, and IP
address each time a machine boots and sends it up to a server daemon
which compares to the inventory database and reports mis matches. We
would also like to get the manufacturer's serial number (Dell/Gateway)
from DMI memory and the BIOS version and send that up too. If you know
of any sources or examples, please let me know.
