[ASP.NET] Authentication

Hi all,
I got a question. This is the case:

I got a Web Application, that uses client certificates.
I need to implement one of the following mechanism
a) Validates certificate constantly (what I mean is on every page).
b) When user trys to log to my application while already logged from another
computer
    he has to make a choice to logout the other session or not to login
second time.

Please help me, anyone got idea how to implement this ?
