Cannot start tomcat 4 in windowXp

Hi all,
I cannot start the tomcat 4 after I type the startup.bat at the tomcat
bin folder and the error is as follows:
The system cannot find the file -Dsun.io.useCanonCaches=false.

How can I solve this problems and what can I do? Please help me.
