Need some programs for dynamic analysis

Dear Reader,
I am developing a tool to perform dynamic analysis to find bugs in the
program for JAVA. Hence I am in need of a set of programs (need smaller
programs and large softwares) along with TEST CASES.
I would be thankful for any pointers for source of such programs and
data.
