Unusual File Format (MRS)

I have been asked by a client to upgrade a DOS/Win3.x program, and I have
encountered some problems with it. The primary one is that it uses an image
format that I am not familiar with. The files have a .MRS extension, and I
don't recognize any header information in them either. If anyone has
information on the format I would greatly appreciate it.
