The assignment would be just only when linked to a global welfare
state. But a global welfare state could be a good thing. But if the
assignment is linked to a global welfare state, it should NOT recognize
companies lest they push themselves to the front of the line, as they
have in America, for corporate welfare.

The UN is seriously considering a registry of children world-wide to
avoid what happens today in the sex trade and in the phenomenon of
"boy" soldiers for a registry can enforce rights. Only thugs and fools
decry the registry itself as endangering "privacy" when it is coupled
with a Constitution (of which the UN declaration on the rights of the
child is an example) guaranteeing human rights.
