Detecting International Versions of Windows During Installations

Hello all, first time posting to the group.

We are looking to be able to detect if a computer is running a version of
Windows other than English during the installation of our application. The
software installs a version of MSJet40.dll, but will not work if the
language is one other than English.

Is there a registry key or another area we can point the application to look
at the language settings?
