With all due respect, no one can forbid the useof copy paste; c&p is an
intigral part of most any OS, n oone person or entity can make that
illegal.

If the results are displayed in a web page, go to your Internet Options
and disable javascript. I've seen sites that do this, and disabling
javascript allows copy and pasting.

And even if there is a clause about "no c&p'ing", it is absolutely
meaningless. No outside entity can regulate what actually happens on an
end users computer. It has no legal grounds. The ymight as well be
saying "you may not use your mouse when viewing this site" because it
would be just as meaningless and absurd.
