To quote from a very old Bill Cosby routine called "Chicken Heart",
"So you idiot, turn it off!"
Back to being serious, do you really have a problem with a Windows NT
4.0 installed base? Are there enough of them still out in the wild
to worry about? More importantly, if there are, why not just
turn off the screen saver?
