It's a markup language for the layout of applications, comparable to
using HTML for the layout of websites. Similar to the ideas behing XML
and SVG.
Because the look of the app is provided in the xaml, the potential is
there to have the same app with a variety of different looks - it's way
beyond 'skinnable' - the actual .NET app is there behind the scenes,
'code behind' as it's being called.
It won't replace or even touch XML because it's specific to app layout,
it does borrow heavily from XML of course.
