Without any quotation and thus no context the question is
meaningless. It could refer to some form of bread, for example.
In some circles it could refer to a sharp and galling pain in the

Reply articles without context are definitely a PITA.

You can make things much clearer by getting in the habit of
suitable quotations. Even with the foul and totally broken google
interface, you can do this by following the instructions in my sig,
below.
