you'll find that should you pass out getting up will be even more
difficult!
more seriously, getting up and having a proper break and eating
properly can mean having a better afternoon, despite the short term
loss of momentum. Being away sometimes allows you to think through a
problem successfully in a way that doesn't often happen when glued to
the screen
.
