Your question implies (but does not state) that you want something
other than RCS or SCCS. Is that right? In the PC world there at least
used to be PVCS.
For command line user friendliness, I prefer SCCS, but the difference
between it and RCS are actually fairly small.
If you want a fancy tool, consider Clear Case. They have a nice GUI but
which internally uses RCS. (or atleast it used to)
So beside the user friendliness, what other features do you have in
mind.
(User friendly is a very muddy term. I for example love the SCCS CLI
for small projects. Safety with little overhead. Clear Case goes to the
other extreme with many GUI features and support for large projects.
I'd call them both user friendly. Do you???)
