He asked for "good resources or webpages". If he knew enough about dynamic
programming to discriminate between good pages and bad pages, he wouldn't
be asking the question, and Google doesn't know enough about dynamic
programming to do that discrimination on his behalf. That's why he's asking
*people*.
Sending people to Google is almost always a lousy idea.
