So none of you did test. Can you please update me what browser and
systems you people are using along with operating systems. I used flash
because it is compatiable with every operating system and browser, but
it seems it is not. I tested it on windows, MAC, Linux using browsers
FireFox, Mozilla ,IE and safari. It is not working in safari. That I
know. Please update me with the list. So that I should fix it.
By the way thank you very much to all of you for taking time out at
least for having a look on it.
I checked out the test when you had first posted it on the Java
newsgroup. The fact that it used Flash didn't really disturb me, but the
fact that it required sound did: I have no speakers on this computer, and
thus cannot hear any sounds your test might emit. Therefore, I conclude I
could not successfully complete your test, and gave up.
You don't need sound, actually, as I discovered second time around.
Nor do you really need to watch the Flash stuff. You can just sip your
coffee or hack some code, or both. There are two movies, the first of which
lasts for 3m5s, and the second 3m25s. So set an alarm to wake you up when
it's time to answer the broken questions.
Hmm, those were the times of my flash videos too. I didn't turn up
the sound as I was in the office and didn't feel comfortable
listening to whatever they were over the loudspeakers -- at least
we were warned.
Since we probably had the same videos, I wonder if the randomness
of the site was compromised. My first video was a real sleeper
about visualizing clouds and the second appeared to be a sequal
to boys-gone-crazy-and-doing-stupid-things.
