It kept being pushed back, and then the ball was dropped, and then...

Getting Clueful: Five Things CIOs Should Know About Software
Requirements
Software requirements documentation was supposed to itemize everything
that the application required. But the project was late, the users
were unhappy, and the budget spun out of control. Why? Just ask the
developers.

That is a virtually useless page. It takes forever to load, and
then presents only a fraction of the paper, in a fraction of the
received page. Get rid of the eye candy, and transmit text.

I'm getting very concerned that you may not be able to find enough
trite things to complain about and waste your time upon. What is it
with you lately?

In this instance, he has a point though. The page does take forever to
load, and, for me at least, it never got around to displaying what it
was supposed to host.

The OP would be better served hosting that page somewhere else, if
possible.
