Intel VTune 9.0 broken product?

Hi all,

After installing the Intel VTune 9.0 and Thread Profiler 3.1. It
complains one of the product does not load correctly, requiring me
reinstall the product. I installed it several times, the same error
occur. Then when I use the product, at various points, it has fatal
errors such as read/write to a wrong memory address and shutdown the
software. Sometimes it did collect some data and then it complained
about data base error, failure to create a file, etc. Then I wanted to
remove the Vtuen 9.0 and TP 3.1 and it didn't even allow me to remove
-- during uninstallation process, it said a fatal error occurred hence
I could not even remove the products. What's wrong with these products
and what's wrong with these people at Intel?
