You can use Microsoft .NET languages, such as Visual Basic or C#. You
can also use .NET's Managed C++ These come with a SerialPort control
built in. You can also write your program in Java. If you are using
Java, search for Java Communications. You should find a few libraries
for this, as well as it's respective documentation.
