Alf,
So are you saying that since, in Matlab or Labview, it is the
PROGRAM (called Matlab,Labview) that is making the decision, that
it is NOT programming?
But if we program in C/FORTRAN/ADA/whatever, we are directly
telling the computer what to do... then that is programming?
I am sure someone can argue. IS there relativism buried in this
definition? I am not baiting... I really want to press you so
I understand what the definition is.
