Er, it's unlikely to be a Linux binary if it's an EXE file. EXE is a CP/M,
MS-DOS, and now Win32 executable file format.
Getting senile, Richard? CP/M-80, at one time the world's most widely
used operating system, used a .com extension. CP/M-86 used .cmd.
