Drawing package

I need graphic package/activex to draw figure (rectangle, ellipse, arc
and so
on), insert image (bmp, wmf etc...) and text.
I must be able to use same feature like drag&drop, snap to grid,
preview and printing.
I tested a lot of package (UCCDraw, Vecad
and so on) but I'm not sure about choice.

Can you recommend any other similar tools?
