Hi all,

I am doing my Master of Engineeing in Computer Science in a private
college, chennai. I need to choose to my academic project(individual
project) which I have to complete in 6 months. Can anybody come up
with some project ideas which can be done in Java,C or C++. Your
response shall be greatly appriciated.

You might like to extend my work on fuzzy logic trees for building human-interpretable decision trees.
If you can get data on single nucleotide polymorphisms and a multi-factorial disease, plus environmental factors, you could see if you can train a tree to predict who will develop the disease, and this will give you the risk factors.
