According to what I've seen on TV shows on this topic,
different wheels actually have different biases.
It was by studying those biases,
that a gambling team was able to win.
The house eventually came up with the counter measure
which was to swap the wheels and bearings
between all the roulette tables in the house,
from time to time.
And even if they didn't swap them,
the biases would *** up any system
based on a random number generator.
