I've adjusted my program to what you specified. I thought you wanted
to know what exact number had the best odds. How silly of me!
ok, here is the new data:
Bet Odds(%) House take
------------------------------------------
Red 47.4 2.63
Black 47.4 2.63
Even 47.4 2.63
Odd 47.4 2.63
The program then says the best strategy is (for 10 bets):

Skip Bet.

Skip Bet.
Skip Bet.
Skip Bet.

Skip Bet.
Skip Bet.
