I'm trying to find a copy of "Turing's World" (Jon Barwise and John
Etchemendy
), a book together with a Turing machine simulator described at
http://www-csli.stanford.edu/hp/Turing1.html. It looks amazing, with
the ability to interpret state diagrams when designing the machine.
Does anyone have any information on where to buy this? The closest I
came was the out-of-print section at Cambridge University Press at
http://titles.cambridge.org/catalogue.asp?isbn=1881526100.
If not this program, does anyone know of anything comparable--for Mac
OS 9.x through 10.2?
Thanks in advance for any info.
