    Can a counter missile always hit its target?

    If it can, then we can construct a missile to always hit the counter missile.
    If we can do that, then we can add an offset to the target.
    If that missile is successful in hitting the mid air target, it contradicts the defence missile
    capability of hitting the missile target.

    Therefore, in analogy to the halting problem, there are inherent limitations
    on missile defence technology.
