    hi,
      No this is not my home work problem. I believe this would lead me
      to a solution of the Arbitrage problem in CLRS. I am trying to
      solve that one out of my own interest. I have thought on the
      lines of using Floyd Warshall, but I am not able to get to a
      concrete solution and so asked for help.
