What is the rank of CS theory conferences?

Besides STOC and FOCS, there are other general theory conferences,
such as ICALP, ISSAC, COCOON, FCT(FCT'05 in Germany), FCS (FCS'05 in
Las Vegas), and LATIN (every two years). I am also interested in
specific conferences like CCC, SODA, and CRYPTO.
Can anyone comment on the reputations of these conferences? In another
words, what is a good sequence to submitt papers?
