next decade when you're buried a few blocks away from Turing
in the pseudoscientists paddock, tell him the 40,000 hits a day
to my business partners math.com will be learning a different approach.

nothing is stopping anyone writing a function to give halt values
correctly some of the time, and give up otherwise. when a smart
halt algorithm is released you need to understand why the program
spec. is that it never fails.
