Hmmn. Any Numerical Analysis topic (e.g. numerical integration or
numerical solutions of differential equations) could be called
"Computational Mathematics". It's hard to say exactly what the
school means by "Computational Mathematics" without having a more
detailed description or a list of required and elective courses.
Does the school have a departmental web page describing this
program? If so, then why don't you post the URL so people can
look at it

I minored in computer science and eventually earned a Ph.D. in
computer science, so it is possible (my major was mathematics).

I've never been on an admissions committee so I couldn't say.
A school may be more inclined to accept an applicant whose
major is in some related discipline rather than in something
completely unrelated, but that is pure speculation on my part.
