averaging technique

Hi all,
I am capturing bio signal and processing the signal using PC.Due to
noise ,movement of the person (source) the results under same
conditions remain different.Is there any way/technique to average the
signals to get the true details of the data?Is it possible to apply
backpropagation or any such technique on the gathered data to get out
the information .I do not know back propagation.Can anyone please help.
