to modify it as described previously?

This will be done in due course (the paper is still in the review
process). I am afraid you will have to wait until then, and I will no
continue this discussion until after such time. Sorry!

Meanwhile, I suggest that you try to think about the contents of my
preceding posting, to which I am going to add now that even the way you
generate the constraints is incorrect!

Asa a final remark, have you ever given a thought in all this pursuit
of yours to the fact that a version of this work has been published
after peer-review by very serious (and competent) people? (Or may be,
you think you are better?).
