To prevent spam, a user could choose to only accept messages from

the address is listed on a famous company/organization/institution's
"People" page, or if the address is listed on the "Contact Me" page of
a personal home page / social network member page that is linked by
several other people's home pages, or if there exists a path from YOUR

established.

You are wasting your time. Better invent light bulb, or absolutely
best, a wheel.

You should follow A.L.'s advice. I'd also recommend you read up on literature about the problem. Instead of being a crank.

There is a huge flaw in your thoughts where you assume that the senders email is actually being sent by the person who has that address instead of by somebody who has spoofed it.
