Let me offer some comments, based on my experience with academia in the
U.S., that may be helpful to you should you decide to lodge a formal
complaint.
Thanks. I spent 25 years in the academia. Out of this, 10 years in teh
USA. Agree with all what you say.
But I have freedom to choose other university.
