Combinatorics Question

Hi. Does anyone know the best upper and lower bounds for the Hales-
Jewett number HJ(m,2)? I have seen Shelah's paper but I am wondering
if the bounds have been improved since. I am particularly interested
in the special case HJ(m,2). Any input will be appreciated.
