Thank you for your advise. My university is not famous in China(in
fact the rank is a little lower ) and mainly focus on teaching. It is
difficult for me to find a colleague to help me on English of Computer
Science. I had been ask some one help me to correct the grammer for
two submitted papers. After its were rejected, it is for very
shame to ask my friend help doing same failure thing again.
I also hope that there exists some team could accept me work together
beacause it is difficult for me to find a team to study the pure
theoretical research on computer science in our city.

Firslty you don't show what is your true name or which email are send

you before. Because my mailbox have never been recevie a email domain
with " softgalactic.com"
It is not good idea to regard two man as one just only from the same
name because name could not identify a person in China.
Secondly I have never been recive an email to ask me to do the
things:

So if you want to disprove I am mistaken or you want to help me to
improve my work,
