JDBC driver for palm/OracleLite9

I'm trying to connecto to Oracle 9i Lite on a palm, with java.
Documentation from Oracle says there is a jdbc driver, but i can't find it.
Any thoughts?
Also looking for Kada java virtual machine. If anyone can help me, please use my e-mail or group.
