HELP !!! java.sql.SQLException: General error HELP!!!!!

Hello

When I wanna remove a record from my Database or update a record in my
database. I get a java.sql.SQLException: General error, but he does
remove the record. what does it mean java.sql.SQLException: General
error and how can i fix it?!
