    That's outside the standard JDBC interface. It depends entirely on the individual JDBC
    driver and DBMS backend. Check your vendor's docs.

    BTW, you should repeat all aspects of your question in the body of the message. For
    instance, you don't mention JDBC in your body. It's just basic netiquette ;^)
