hsqldb and OpenOFFICE 2.0 beta HELP

I've created a db in OO but whenever I try to create a form to input the
records, I can't seem to figure it out.
I just need a simple db that has a few text fields and one image field.
  It will create the forms for the text fields, but not the image fields.
Can anyone help?
