HSQDB 1.8.0 RC12 Released--Probabl Final Release Candidate for this Veersion Cycle

--Probable Final Release Candidate for this Version Cycle--
I am pleased to announce the latest (and really the final) Release Candidate
for HSQLDB 1.8.0 is now available on the file download page.
A few relatively minor issues were reported and fixed in this RC.
Due to popular demand, a new option has been added to allow the database to shutdown when the last connection is closed.
Any reported bug against this RC will be fixed for the final release. Documentation will be enhanced in the meantime.
