JDBC drivers and other middleware: lists updated at SQLSummit.com

There's been an update to the middleware lists at SQLSummit.com. Because
of the number of ODBC and JDBC drivers, those lists have been
partitioned for faster web page loading. The pages are in alphabetical
order by vendor, author or project name.
