If you really want to learn SQL, try the best SQL Tutorial on the Web
at http://www.firstsql.com/tutor.htm.
Oracle Express is rather heavyweight for just learning SQL.
There are better choices, for instance, our free ProLite edition
downloadable from http://www.firstsql.com/download.shtml.
