Do you have any surety that your
StatementManager.getConnection(StatementManager.CONNECTION_WRITE)
method always returns the same connection to you, and that it *never
returns the same connection to any other thread*?
Besides, you are committing every time through the loop. Nothing is
going to get undone that occurred before a commit.
