Download it, run it, there you go.
With it hot deployment option too, you just drop your archive file of
your J2ee app into the deployment directory and it should start
working (even while Jboss is running).
Its fairly easy to get everything up and running.
I guess the main problem is that the documentation is mostly very
technical, and kind of daunting at first. As it is open source, I tend
to find the community more helpfull and most problems can be solved by
quickly searching on Google or through the message boards.
