Socket Connection Problem in DSL connection

I have a java swing client connecting to my jserve to a particular
socket. Problem that is happening is all the rest of the clients are
fine. There are 2 specific clients connected on DSL connection 512 K
links. Now, when they try to connect to my program using the swing
client, the swing tries multiple connections and brings down jserv.
Has anybody experienced any such problems with DSL connections using
java sockets...if there is please give solutions.
