Disable Caching in Java 1.4.2 install or limit folder size

I was wondering if anyone knows a way to turn off the caching in Java
during a silent install? I cant find a switch to do this or a reg edit.
I would even take a reg edit to limit the size of the folder. By
default its set to 50 mb. The reason I need to do this is that the
caching is filling up the roaming profiles.
