having much space in menus before the icon

hi all,
i m stuck in JMenus... Actually I am trying to create a menu in
Windows....all the things are going fine except one...that the there is
always space before the icon in the menu....and i am not getting a
solution to remove that space....could neone be help me out.....waiting
for the reply....
